Industrial Robots
The OVR Series offers SCARA robots, Articulated 4-axis, 5-axis, and 6-axis small horizontal transport robots and Cartesian / Gantry robots with a simple mechanism that can be easily controlled and constructed cost-effectively. Control with the MRC Series controller and AZ Series motor drivers.

SCARA Robots

The OVR Series SCARA Robots are compact 3-axis horizontal transport robots designed for fast, precise movement in confined spaces. Featuring a lightweight, low-profile design and pedestal mount for a small footprint, they offer accurate X-Y compliance with a parallel Z-axis for efficient pick-and-place performance. With payloads up to 10 kg, ±170° or ±360° motion options, and a simple dust-resistant structure, OVR SCARA robots provide a cost-effective solution for streamlined automation. Control is simplified using the integrated MRCU Robot Controller & Drivers.

Articulated Robots

The OVR Series Articulated Robots are compact 4-, 5-, and 6-axis horizontal transport robots designed for flexible, cost-effective automation. Featuring a parallel link mechanism, lightweight construction, and payload capacities from 1 to 5 kg, they deliver smooth, precise motion in small workspaces. For extended reach, the 5- and 6-axis models can be combined with an electric linear slide for added horizontal travel. Operation is streamlined using the MRC Series controller with AZ Series motor drivers.

Cartesian / Gantry Robots

The OVR Series Cartesian / Gantry Robots are compact 3-axis systems designed for simple, cost-effective horizontal transport and positioning. Delivered with three pre-assembled linear slides, they help reduce startup time and installation labor. With a 300 × 300 × 100 mm (X-Y-Z) travel range and a 2.5 kg payload capacity, they provide precise, space-efficient motion control when paired with the MRC Series controller and AZ Series motor drivers.

Integrated Robot Controller & Drivers

The MRCU Series Integrated Robot Controller combines MRC01 and AZ Series mini Driver (up to 8) in a single package, saving space making wiring easier.

  • Controlled via EtherNet/IP™ or I/O
  • Connect to the Small Robot OVR Series or actuators equipped with the DC input type AZ Series
  • Dedicated free software, MRC Studio, that provides support from start-up to maintenance

OVR Series Robot Support Lab

Integrating robots into your operation requires more than selecting the right model — it demands validation, planning, and confidence. The OVR Series Robot Support Lab is designed to provide exactly that.

At the Robot Lab, you can conduct hands-on testing using your own workpieces and walk through the entire implementation process — from robot controller setup to programming. Whether you visit on-site or connect remotely via PC or smartphone, the goal is the same: to help you move forward with clarity and certainty.

Proof of Concept: Validate Before You Invest

Before deploying automation, it’s critical to confirm that your application requirements can be met. At the Robot Lab, we conduct transport and handling tests using your actual workpiece and end effector.

  • Our team performs detailed verification to ensure:
  • Target operating speeds can be achieved
  • Required motion trajectories are accurate and repeatable
  • Proper robot sizing is selected
  • Gripper and end effector designs are optimized

Beyond performance testing, we also address broader concerns about introducing robots into your workflow — helping you evaluate feasibility, efficiency gains, and integration considerations before full-scale implementation.

Live Demonstrations – On-Site or Remote

The Robot Lab showcases typical industrial robot configurations, including articulated robots and SCARA robots. Demonstrations may also feature composite systems that combine these robot types for coordinated motion applications.

If visiting in person isn’t possible, remote demonstrations are available, allowing you to observe performance and ask questions in real time from your PC or smartphone.

Training & Programming Support

Successful automation depends on more than hardware. The Robot Lab also provides training and technical guidance to help your team get up to speed quickly.

We offer:

  • Operation training for OVR small robots
  • Setup guidance for the MRC01 robot controller
  • Programming instruction using MRC Studio software
  • Product selection and application consultations

With practical training and direct technical support, engineers gain the tools and confidence needed to implement robotic solutions efficiently.

Bringing Your Automation Plans to Life

The OVR Series Robot Support Lab bridges the gap between concept and implementation. By combining proof-of-concept testing, live demonstrations, and hands-on training, we help ensure your robotic application is technically sound and ready for deployment.

Whether you’re evaluating automation for the first time or optimizing an existing system, the Robot Lab provides the expertise and environment needed to take the next step forward.
